Before building a career as an Ohio-based business leader, Robert Tirgan studied at the University of Cincinnati. Majoring in architecture and philosophy, he also stayed active on campus as a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Robert Tirgan subsequently completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, graduating with honors with a bachelor of architecture. He followed this up by earning a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Michigan, a school recognized by Architectural Record as having one of the country’s 10 best graduate architecture programs.
In the time since, Robert Tirgan has added to his knowledge in the field by educating himself on modern architectural theory and philosophy. He maintains a particular interest in deconstructivism and the fusion of organic life into human-made architectural designs. He has also developed practical industry knowledge by attending meetings of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
Today, Mr. Tirgan draws on his background and credentials to serve as president of The Modern Edge. Through this Ohio firm, he focuses on the rehabilitation, design, and development of property, with a specific concentration on projects in the Cleveland suburbs.
